When Spirit Speaks...

The sound of rain falling is so peaceful a sound I welcome with open arms.  The showers that blanket the earth cleanse us with release and bring in new life in different form.  

Friday a storm brewed in, just in time to get the news that my beloved Mother passed away.  As I took my journey across four states to lay her at peace, I felt the rain fall down the entire drive.

As I approached her road that runs by her house off the highway, the rain fell so hard that I couldn't see.  My windows were clear the entire way.  But at one moment when I was thinking of her leaving this plane I wondered what she saw at that moment when she passed and for a split second - the entire car fogged up and I couldn't see to drive.  It was if she was sending me a message to show me how it looked, a radiant glow of fog.  I had to pull over and wipe down the windows in order to move forward again.  

As I pulled back onto the freeway, my windows cleared up, quickly as if there wasn't anything to make it fog again.  I knew that moment, she was speaking to me.  Letting me know that she is alright, her spirit has passed into a world that we can't see but a journey will all take.

There is nothing more special that a Mother's love....

Handcrafted Perfume on sale NOW! & Heart Healing Crystal Grid

It's been a very busy spring for me at my catering job and I just got back from a vacation that was way over due.  My mother has been ill this year and I got to spend some time with her over July 4th and hangout some with my soul sister.  It was wonderful to see my mother before she undergoes open heart surgery next week.  

But first I want to tell you about the release of the new perfume that was inspired by the novel Indian Summer on Kindle.  It was carefully blended by my mother and I and it was a magical time for us.  We both were make up artists back in the day and love creating together.

Since my mother is undergoing open heart surgery and I have recently done a healing crystal grid for her and I'm in the process of developing a healing heart magic bag in honor of her name which was also inspired by my own heart ailment of rhythmic issues which I adorn a pacemaker for life now.  So if you know someone who needs some love sent to their heart, this will be a great little jewel to incorporate into your meditation sessions and amplify love their way or your way!

I just hung up the phone with her and received some confirmation from my mother this morning that she had a dream that someone put a clear quart crystal around her neck that was on a long black cord.  All she remembers is someone giving it to her to wear and she had a long black dress on.  (If you notice the large clear quart crystal in the the middle of the grid amplying my love and message to her.) 

A little gift from the universe to show she is receiving the healing I'm amplifying to her. These kinds of things will come to you in your dreams if you look and listen.  So with that being said,

Move Over Mr. Gray...

I have to say that writing a novel was the most fulfilling experience I've had in a very long time.  I believe it was because I was able to pull a lot of dancing images out of my head and put them in a story that I thought was fun, edgy and creative.

The other is Good –  with joy, peach, love, hope, sharing, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, friendship, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.

The Magic...of Gratitude

It seems we live in a world where there are so many negative influences that can affect the way we receive things into our lives without our knowledge.  Did you know that negative thoughts, feelings, words, images...all can bring negative things into our lives?  Maybe that's why your having bad luck or circumstances.

If we start to acknowledge what is good or what we are truly grateful for then that attitude of gratitude will begin to bring more good into our lives just be being in tune with a higher vibration of energy.

So this month is a great time to start the process of gratitude and watch your life change just by acknowledging what we have in our lives that we take for granted.  

Tonight or in the morning, make a list of at least 10 things that you are grateful for and why.  Then re-read it out loud and think about how it makes you feel to know that you truly appreciate them in your life.

It's a great exercise to transform your attitude and see things in a whole new way.  Continue to do this each day for the next month.  Sounds like a lot of things write down each day, but there are plenty things to be thankful for if you just look around.  Sometimes the littlest things we take for granted are big ways of opening up more of the good stuff to receive.
